Amitie is the main character of the wildly addictive game series “Puyo Puyo Fever”, which are a continuation of the classic series by Compile. It’s one my very favourite puzzle game series, so I had to have her!
This kit and the matching Arle I have are sculpted by Ringo Renmei and were festival exclusives. There’s one more Puyo Puyo kit from him that I’m still missing, perhaps someday I can find it!
I utilized a panel line method used generally for gundam models to achieve a more cartoon look that matches the style in-game. It also makes the colors pop, I think.
Painted entirely in delta and liquitex artist acrylics. Gloss and finish are achieved with future floor wax. Base is an image included with the original kit that I used as a decal and affixed to a regular wooden base.
