Sideshow collectibles aren’t always my favourite producers but when they get something right, it’s fantastic. That seems to be the case with their upcoming giant 1/4 scale Green Lantern statue, due out in April 2013. That should give you a little time to save your pennies as this figure will set you back a cool $350, but for the mega Green Lantern fan it might be a worthwhile centerpiece of a collection.

Sculpted by Robert Bowen and Tim Bruckner, both amazing artists in their own right, this collaboration is sure to be a classic. There’s a ton of Green Lantern and especially Hal Jordan merch out there demanding your attention, but this one is definitely worth considering even with its higher price tag.

At 21 inches (53 cm) high and 15 inches (38 cm) wide, this is going to command a lot of shelf space! Though I almost wish it were available in a smaller version too, because even with the differing styles it would be an awesome pairing with the recent DC Collectibles animated Saint Walker statue by Paul Harding.
